Spintel Card company has made some
changes for all their calling cards. They have increased the
calling time but moved to 3 minute rounding. This changes will be
effective from 6 PM, March 26. For example, a $10 card will
get 125 minute for one straight call, but actual talk time may
differ if it is used for multiple calls.
